  • I’m trying to book a private tour, but the calendar does not show availability for the day I need ?
    There is the possibility that the private tour for that day is already fully booked, in that case send us an email info@stpetertravel.com and we will try to help you with a suitable solution for you. We do have a lot of tour guide working for our company and we will try to arrange a private tour for you.
  • Where is the meeting point for private tours? Do you pick us up at our hotel or apartment?
    For the private tour the meeting point is generally at the lobby of your hotel or apartment. The guide will be there at the specified time and meet you. From that moment the tour starts. The guide does not have a car unless previously arranged with us via email or when is specified on our tour and included in the moment of the payment. When you receive the voucher you will have all the things included listed on the voucher. In case of any doubts we do encourage you to contact us before booking.
  • Are your private tours okay for Senior or disables?
    For seniors and disables we have to tailor a specific tour because of the barriel some sight may have for disables. Contact us when you have specific need so that we can tailor the tour for you. Our guide will be at your complete disposal the day of the tour for any needs.
  • When to book for Rome or Italy private tours?
    To make sure that you can book the date you want and the time you want we do invite you to book at least 1 week in advance. We do have our bookings open up to 24 hours before the tours.
  • Do you offer Limo Service?

    If you have booked online through our website and you have received the confirmation email, there is no need to ring and confirm. What we do request is at the meeting point on time as specified on the voucher. The tour starts at the time underlined.

    Yes - bring with you and give it to the guide.
  • What is the dress code for entering the churches features in the tours?

    • How Large are your groups and what is included?
      We call the Rome Group Tours “small parties” because our group tours are strictly limited to a maximum of 12 paying partecipants. Our philosophy is to keep the group max 12 people or less so that is easy for every one to follow the guide explanation and to interact with the guide. In our Rome and Italy Group Tours the entrance tickets are included in the fee you see on our website. The price you see on our website is the price you pay - there are no extras or nasty surprises on the day of the tour. Once you book we send you a voucher you will use the day of the tour giving it to the Tour Guide.
